Deviled Eggs

- Dozen eggs shopping list
- mayo (2-3 tbs) shopping list
- mustard (2 tsp) shopping list
- sweet relish (3 tsps) (you can use dill if you prefer a little more tartness) shopping list
- juice from the relish jar (A MUST) shopping list
- salt (optional depending on what mayo you use - Dukes is a little salty) shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- paprika (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Boil eggs (5 minutes for soft boiled - 15 for hard)
- Let sit off burner for about for 15 to 25 minutes with lid on to finish cooking
- Peel eggs and rinse well
- Cut eggs in half and put cooked yolk in bowl
- Lay out Whites
- Add salt and pepper (paprika if you want)
- crumble yolks with VERY clean hands <this will mix in salt & pepper real good>
- Add Mayo
- Add Mustard
- Add relish
- Add juice from relish jar
- Mix all ingredients together well
- Use teaspoon and spoon the yolks into each egg.
- Top off with paprika
