Grasshopper Brownies. I made them in honor of St Patrick's Day. They are very yummy and almost too sweet (as if)!

Ingredients
  • Brownies:
  • 1 box of Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp of Water
  • Frosting:
  • 3 cups of Powdered Sugar
  • 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of Butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp of Milk
  • 1/4 tsp of Mint Extract
  • 4 to 5 drops of Green Food Coloring

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spray bottom of 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray
  3. In a large bowl, mix all brownie ingredients.
  4. Press into pan.
  5. Bake 25 minutes.
  6. Let Cool.
  7. In a large bowl, stir all Frosting ingredients until smooth.
  8. Spread over brownies.
  9. Sprinkle with green sugar crystals.
