Grasshopper Brownies

Grasshopper Brownies. I made them in honor of St Patrick's Day. They are very yummy and almost too sweet (as if)!
Ingredients
- Brownies: shopping list
- 1 box of Triple chocolate brownie mix shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp of water shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 3 cups of powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup of butter, softened shopping list
- 2 tbsp of milk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of mint extract shopping list
- 4 to 5 drops of green food coloring shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Spray bottom of 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray
- In a large bowl, mix all brownie ingredients.
- Press into pan.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Let Cool.
- In a large bowl, stir all Frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Spread over brownies.
- Sprinkle with green sugar crystals.
