    I made this tonight, and my family loved it! I substituted 1/4 tsp. thyme for bay leaf, since I didn't have any, and I used 2 tbsp. dried chopped onion because I didn't have any whole onions. I added 1 lb. ground turkey, browned.

    I served it over curried rice. It was delicious. Thanks for the meal idea!
