How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 180 C / 350 F / mark 4.
  • In a lage bowl,mix oil and sugar.
  • Add egg and mix well.
  • Add flour,salt,cumin seeds and baking powder.Mix well to combine.
  • Shape the biscuits with a round or heart shaped cutter.
  • Put on the greased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a wire rack to cool.Store in an airtight container.
  • Serve cold with coffee or tea.
