I made these for my mother who asked me to make something different from cakes and cookies.She absolutely loved it. Hope you like it too.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 180 C / 350 F / mark 4.
  2. In a lage bowl,mix oil and sugar.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Add flour,salt,cumin seeds and baking powder.Mix well to combine.
  5. Shape the biscuits with a round or heart shaped cutter.
  6. Put on the greased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.Store in an airtight container.
  8. Serve cold with coffee or tea.
