- 6 egg yolks shopping list
- 6 tbp granulated sugar shopping list
- 6 tbsp sherry wine shopping list
How to make it
- combine yolks, sugar in the upper part of a cold double boiler; beat with rotary beater until thick and lemon colored
- gradually beat in sherry
- Place over hot (not boiling) water and beat with a rotary beater until thick and fluffly (about 4-6 minutes
- remove from heat and serve immediately
