How to make it

  • Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat oil. Fry the chicken pieces to golden brown. remove and keep aside.
  • To the remaining oil, add garlic and onions and fry till golden brown. add vinegar, tomato ketchup, seasonings and herbs. bring to a boil.
  • Add the chicken pieces and corn.
  • Cover and cook over low heat till the chicken is tender and the sauce is thick.
  • Add the sliced capsicums and cook further for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
