My mother in law pumpkin pie recipe minus the pumpkin , and the spiced and lil less sugar

Ingredients
  • 1.5 C cooked sweet potato ( bake in microwave fro 8 min on high)
  • 3/4 C sugar ( less sugar from the origina recipe 1 C)
  • 3 eggs i add more egg from 2 egg recipe)
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 C milk ( less milk from the original recipe 1.5 C)
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t salt
  • ready frozen deep dish uncooked pie crust ( simple and i am not very good making pie crust yet)
  • cool whip

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mixed all the ingredient, in medium speed, untill all blend
  2. preheat oven 450 F
  3. pour the filling on the crust, cover with foil, bakek for 15 min
  4. turn the heat down to 350 F
  5. bake for another 30 min
  6. let it cool, and serve with a dollop of cool whip / serving
  7. this dish go great with Light and Tasty Thanksgiving Dinner
