Passion Fruit Creme Brulee

- 18 eggs Whole shopping list
- 1 Litre of double cream shopping list
- 100 Mls of passion fruit Puree shopping list
- 150 grams of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Bring to the boil the cream, sugar and passion fruit
- Pour over the egg yolks
- pour into small ramekins and cook in a bain maire for 30 minutes
- once cooked, chill
- when you need to serve them, sprinkled with sugar and glaze with a torch
