Mexican Egg Rolls

- 3lb Boneless/skinless chicken Breast shopping list
- 8oz Package Shredded cheese (we use cheddar) shopping list
- 1 Med Chopped onion shopping list
- 1 Cup salsa shopping list
- 2t cumin shopping list
- 1 Stick butter ( I see no reason margarine would not work) shopping list
- 3 pkgs Won Ton wrappers (This recipe calls for the smaller wraps, but if you want to use larger egg roll wraps that would work too) shopping list
How to make it
- Boil Chicken and the shread
- Melt butter in fry pan and cook onions until clear
- Add chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin and onions
- Put small amount of mix into the wrapper and fold
- You can use corn starch and water to help seal the wrapper.
- Deep fry until brown
- You can create any filling for these wraps, don't let this recipe limit you!
