Fish Fillets and Champagne Sauce

- 2 250g white fish fillets shopping list
- 1 glass champagne shopping list
- 100g butter shopping list
- plain flower shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheese tasty shopping list
- 1/4 cup seedless grapes halved shopping list
- 1 tblsp parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a heavy based fry pan melt butter over med heat. Coat fillets with flour and add to pan. Cook 1 min then turn. Make shore to shake the pan to ensure the fish dose not stick.Season with salt and pepper, pour champagne over. simmer for a further min. add grapes. Sprinkle with tasty cheese then finish with Parmesan. Place fry pan under grill until cheese is melted and golden serve with the rest of the bubbley
