Fish Fillets And Champagne Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 250g white fish fillets
  • 1 glass champagne
  • 100g butter
  • plain flower
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese tasty
  • 1/4 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 tblsp Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. In a heavy based fry pan melt butter over med heat. Coat fillets with flour and add to pan. Cook 1 min then turn. Make shore to shake the pan to ensure the fish dose not stick.Season with salt and pepper, pour champagne over. simmer for a further min. add grapes. Sprinkle with tasty cheese then finish with Parmesan. Place fry pan under grill until cheese is melted and golden serve with the rest of the bubbley
