Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp instant minced onion
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- flank steak
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Let stand 24 hours. Turn frequently. This marinade works well for just about any cut of steak. Grill 10 minutes on each side.
