How to make it

  • Pour Oil into a large stock pot
  • Add Garlic - sautee 3 mins on med
  • Add Ham
  • Brown slightly - about 4 mins
  • Add Celery
  • Stir and cook 2 mins
  • Add Liquids
  • Bring to a boil
  • Lower heat slightly
  • Add beans, tomtoes, bullion cube, pasta, bay leaves & peppercorns
  • Cook for 10 mins
  • Add potatoes
  • Serve with crusty bread
