Ingredients
  • PASTRY FOR A 1 - CRUST PIE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR
  • 3 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 2 CUPS OF DARK CORN SYRUP
  • 1 TEASPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 CUP OF PECAN HALVES

Directions
  1. 1. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 425F
  2. 2. LINE A 9-INCH PIE PLATE WITH PASTRY.
  3. 3. COMBINE FLOUR AND SUGAR TO THE BEATEN EGGS, BEATING WELL. ADD THE CORN SYRUP, VANILLA, AND PECANS, STERING WELL TO BLEND
  4. 4. POUR THE PECAN MIXTURE INTO PIE SHELL AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES. REDUCE HEAT TO 325F AND CONTUE BAKING FOR 45 MINUTES
