Kitchen Sink Soup Recipe
Theres a little bit of everything in this soup! It can be added to with whatever you may have on hand for veggies and can often be a way to use up certain leftovers! I have often added meatballs to mine.

Ingredients
  • 6 cups of broth (beef, vegetable, chicken - your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • leftover cooked chicken or beef, cut into chunks (meatballs are wonderful too!)
  • 2 carrots, cut into rounds
  • 1 pkg. of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 8 to 9 ounce package of tortellini (your choice of filling)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Directions
  1. Add the broth and minced garlic to a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add carrots, spinach, tortellini, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer according to the tortellini's package directions.
  5. When tortellini are done, add the chicken or beef and heat for 6 minutes.
  6. Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with parmesan.
