Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 8 oz package softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1 small container sour cream shopping list
- 1 large jar of medium salsa (Or make your own) shopping list
- 4 cooked and cubes chicken breast shopping list
- 10-12 corn tortilla shells shopping list
- 1 package taco cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Cut cream cheese into squares and melt.
- Once melted stir in 1/2 the salsa and chicken.
- Roll mixture into tortilla shells and line rolled enchilladas in baking dish
- Mix sour cream and salsa together spreading over shells.
- Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
