Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients

1 8 oz package softened cream cheese

1 small container sour cream

1 large jar of medium salsa (Or make your own)

4 cooked and cubes chicken breast

10-12 corn tortilla shells

1 package taco cheese

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350

Cut cream cheese into squares and melt.

Once melted stir in 1/2 the salsa and chicken.

Roll mixture into tortilla shells and line rolled enchilladas in baking dish

Mix sour cream and salsa together spreading over shells.

Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
