How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spoon flour into bowl combining flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk.
  • Place sugar and butter in large bowl and beat together.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until mixed.
  • Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla.
  • Add flour mixture until completely blended and smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into loaf pan and bake one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the bread.
