Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose baking flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup lowfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spoon flour into bowl combining flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Place sugar and butter in large bowl and beat together.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until mixed.
  5. Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla.
  6. Add flour mixture until completely blended and smooth.
  7. Spoon mixture into loaf pan and bake one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the bread.
