Cut-Out Cookies and Wedding Icing

This dish is great for the holiday season... cookies can be cut to match the shape of any season. The wedding icing definitly completes the whole idea.
Ingredients
- Cookie: shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- MIX then cut in: shopping list
- 1 cup shortening shopping list
- 1tbs vanilla flavoring shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 tbs milk shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 1 lb powder sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup Crisco shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring shopping list
- 2-3 tbs milk (add as needed) shopping list
- 6-8 shakes salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all cookie ingredients together as stated above.
- Roll out with rolling pin.
- Cut as desired.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, or until edges are brown.
- To make icing, just simply mix all ingredients together, and add food coloring as desired.
- Spread icing over cooled cookies, and enjoy!!
