Memories. This is an old recipe. It is delicious. Great for the holidays! Goes well with ham, chicken, and especially chicken salad. There is a popular restaurant that serves this with chicken salad. It is the most popular item on the menu.

Ingredients
  • 1 small package Cherry Jello
  • 16 ounces pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
  • 16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coke

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix all together
  2. Pour into a glass dish, lightly oiled mold, or lightly oiled bundt pan
  3. Chill until serving time
  4. YUMMY!
  5. NOTE: Makes a small salad

I make this salad for Christmas every year, but I add 8 oz. of diced up cream cheese.
