Artichoke Dip

- 2 cans of artichoke hearts (chop them up) shopping list
- 2 cups of Mayo shopping list
- 2 cups Parmesean (shredded NOT KRAFT) good stuff like FRIGO shopping list
- 2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (room temperature) shopping list
- 4 cloves of fresh garlic (chop it up) shopping list
- 1 sm can of waterchestnuts (chop it up) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together but reserve 1/2 cup of Parmesean to top dip. Bake covered in a 350* over for 45 min, remove the lid top with the remaining parmesean bake for 15 more minutes til light brown and bubbly. Cool down some before serving. I tell them not to dip into it right away its too hot but, no one listens.
- You can add fresh chopped spinach if you would like for a twist! I don't like frozen or canned spinach.
