Ingredients

1 box Chicken Rice-a-Roni

1 can Mexican Corn (drained)

1 can Cream of Celery Soup

1 jar Mexican Cheez Whiz

Directions

Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package directions.

Stir remaining ingredients together in a 3 quart baking dish

Add the cooked Rice-a-Roni

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Optional: add small can of green chiles

When I can't find the Mexican corn & cheez whiz I use regular and add a can of rotel tomatoes with green chilies. This also gives it a little extra spice!!!
