This is great with enchiladas, tacos, or burritos. Spicy as you want it, too!!

Ingredients
  • 1 box Chicken Rice-a-Roni
  • 1 can Mexican Corn (drained)
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 jar Mexican Cheez Whiz

Directions
  1. Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package directions.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients together in a 3 quart baking dish
  3. Add the cooked Rice-a-Roni
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  5. Optional: add small can of green chiles

When I can't find the Mexican corn & cheez whiz I use regular and add a can of rotel tomatoes with green chilies. This also gives it a little extra spice!!!
