This recipe can be doubled triped, etc. until you have the amount of serving you need. I love this recipe and often make it just for me, but I usually triple everything since it is so good and refreshing and my husband and I both love spicy and both love cucumbers. Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cucumber very coarsely chopped or sliced shopping list
- 2 purple shallots chopped shopping list
- 4 red and green birds eye chilies thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and leave to stand overnight.
