Vegetable Qeema

- 4 tblsp oil / ghee shopping list
- 1 medium onion,thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 black / large cardamom shopping list
- 3 - 4 cloves shopping list
- 5 - 6 whole black peppers shopping list
- 1" cinamon stick shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste shopping list
- 500 gms Minced Meat (Qeema) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder shopping list
- 1 tsp red chili powder shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 3 tomatoes,chopped shopping list
- 250 gms peas / potatoes shopping list
- 3 green chilli,chopped shopping list
- Green coriander leaves ,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and saute well to golden brown.
- Add next 6 ingredients and stir well.
- Add in minced meat and saute for 2 minutes .
- Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
- Cover ana cook on medium heat till the water dries and separates oil.
- Add in the peas / potatoes, green chillies and water,mix and cook on a low heat until peas / potatoes are done.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with plain rice ,Naan or Chappati.
