Cranberry Chip Cookie Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cups dried cranberries

Directions

Combine flour, white sugar and baking soda in small bowl. Spoon into jar with a tight fitting lid.

Layer remaining 3 ingredients in order given, on top of flour mixture.

Directions for Cranberry Chip cookies

Beat 1/3 cup margarine, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Mixture may look curdled. Add contents of jar. Mix well. Drop using 2 tsp for each, about 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 375 degrees 8 minutes until golden. Let stand on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
