How to make it

  • Mix Bisquick & water until soft dough forms
  • drop by spoon fulls into 12 ungreased medium muffin cups
  • press dough on bottom and up sides with lightly floured hands
  • heat oven to 400
  • cook beef, onion , and garlic in skillet over med heat until brown;drain
  • stir in BBQ sauce and heat through
  • spoon beef mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  • bake until crust is golden brown @ 15 min.
