this one i got from my sister. it has a very distinct unusual taste which is why it is so delicious

Ingredients
  • 1 head purple cabbage, chopped
  • one bunch scallions
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • handful of sesame seeds, toasted
  • dressings
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tblsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

Directions
  1. prepare all the salad ingredients
  2. in a seprate container mix well the dressing ingredients
  3. pour over salad
  4. eat and enjoy
