Berry Crumble

- 2 - 12 oz. bags frozen mixed berries shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice cocktail shopping list
- 1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 recipe of Crumb Topping, below shopping list
- CRUMBLE TOPPING shopping list
- 1/2 cup Bisquick shopping list
- 3/4 cup Kashi cereal shopping list
- 1 cup almond Biscotti (about 5), crushed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted shopping list
How to make it
- In a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker, stir together all ingredients, except topping.
- Cover and cook on high setting 2 to 4 hours or until fruit is tender.
- To serve, sprinkle with crumble topping over top.
- CRUMBLE TOPPING
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Spread out on baking sheet and bake 12 to 18 minutes until golden and crisp.
