Berry Crumble Recipe
I found this in a magazine and made it over the weekend, it was gone before I could get a picture. The great things about this dessert it's only 6 grams of fat!!!

Ingredients
  • 2 - 12 oz. bags frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 cup dried Cranberries
  • 1/3 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1/4 cup quick cooking Tapioca
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 recipe of Crumb Topping, below
  • CRUMBLE TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup Kashi Cereal
  • 1 cup Almond Biscotti (about 5), crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine, melted

Directions
  1. In a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker, stir together all ingredients, except topping.
  2. Cover and cook on high setting 2 to 4 hours or until fruit is tender.
  3. To serve, sprinkle with crumble topping over top.
  4. CRUMBLE TOPPING
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  6. In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Spread out on baking sheet and bake 12 to 18 minutes until golden and crisp.
