Fruit Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Fruit of your choice (Examples: Kiwi, Bananas, Strawberries, Grapes, Mango, etc)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

On an ungreased medium baking sheet, smooth the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into a single layer approximately 1/4 inch thick. (Dough will be a little stiff – I recommend using a rolling pin and a little bit of flour to help with this.) Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned and center is no longer doughy.

In a medium bowl, blend the marshmallow creme and cream cheese. Spread the mixture over the baked crust. Decorate “pizza” with your choice of cut-up fruit toppings. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

I typically use fresh...but it may be worth a shot to try some frozen berries or something...I never really thought of that :) I might have to try that next time!

can you taste the cream cheese in it? seems like an odd thing to add.

You can taste it a little - but more of the marshmellow cream, I think...I love cream cheese so I'm happy to add it to any recipe ;)

It's really yummy for something different and people think it's healthier because it has fruit on it lol
