Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Makes a great breakfast or snack. Can sub silken tofu for the yogurt.

Ingredients
  • 1 container nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted dried plums
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions
  1. In blender container, combine all ingredients except the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.

Recipe sounds great. I have been making smoothies quite a bit recently as we are trying to take off a bit of weight.
