English Muffin Pizzas Recipe Chicka / All my dishes

This easy to make lunch snack is fun for kids to help create.

Ingredients
  • 4 English Muffins
  • 8 - 10 tsp of Pizza Sauce (squeeze bottle kind works well w/ kids)
  • Shredded cheese (mozzerella or cheddar)
  • Pizza toppings (pepperoni, sausage, veggies)

Directions
  1. Seperate muffins and lay face up on a foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons of sauce on the top of each muffin half.
  3. Cover with cheese and desired toppings.
  4. Broil until cheese is melted and edges of muffin are crunchy.
