This easy to make lunch snack is fun for kids to help create.

Ingredients
- 4 English Muffins
- 8 - 10 tsp of Pizza Sauce (squeeze bottle kind works well w/ kids)
- Shredded cheese (mozzerella or cheddar)
- Pizza toppings (pepperoni, sausage, veggies)
Directions
- Seperate muffins and lay face up on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Spread 2 teaspoons of sauce on the top of each muffin half.
- Cover with cheese and desired toppings.
- Broil until cheese is melted and edges of muffin are crunchy.
