Coke Chicken

This easily prepared dish goes perfectly with rice
Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs (cut into pieces) shopping list
- 1 whole garlic (peel off the skin) shopping list
- 1 small piece of star anise (optional) shopping list
- 1 can of Coke shopping list
- 5 spoonful of soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the chicken with coke (preferably overnight)
- Heat up the oil and stir fry garlic till fragrant
- Stir fry the chicken for few mins
- Pour in the remaining Coke ( add in the star anise if you wish )
- Braised with medium flame for about an hour
- When the sauce is thicken, stir fry in high flame before serving
