How to make it

  • Brown ground beef and drain, return to pan. Add in the onions and garlic, saute about 5 - 8 minutes until onions are clear and garlic is fragrant.
  • Add in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 25 - 30 minutes, until beans are soft and all ingredients marry together.
  • Top with green onions, cheese or a nice big piece of bread.
