Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake

- graham cracker crust pie shell shopping list
- i package 12 ounces of cream cheese shopping list
- half cup of sugar shopping list
- one and a half teaspoon pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- one cup of 100 per cent pumpkin shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, sugar,and pumpkin pie spice on medium speed stir in pumpkin
- add eggs and mix until well blended .. pour into crust
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.. Cool Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight..
- hint... let cream cheese softened .. easier to blend
