- 450g chicken breast shopping list
- large red pepper shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 3tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1tbsp rice wine shopping list
- 2tsp corn flour shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 4tbsp satay sauce shopping list
- 1tbsp chilli sauce shopping list
- 1tbsp chopped garlic shopping list
- 1tbsp oil shopping list
- 2tbsp white wine vinegar shopping list
- 2tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2tsp sugar shopping list
- large onion shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the chicken and marinate for at least 20 mins.
- Blend the sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Chop and fry the red pepper and set aside.
- Fry the chicken to brown.
- Add the sauce and simmer for 10 mins.
- Add the fried red pepper and heat through.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
