Ingredients
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. of flour

Directions
  1. Mix sugar, egg,butter, vanilla in a bowl. Then put in flour. Roll out thin and cut with cookie cutter or biscuit cutter. Cook at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before storing in cookie jar.
