How to make it

  • chop the mint and cilantro and garlic
  • salt and pepper the chops then top with the mixture
  • dash sherry on the chops mix around to coat chops
  • cover the lamb chops put in fridge overnight to soak up flavor
  • heat some olive oil in a skillet
  • cook the chops on high till brown on both sides
  • turn down the heat splash on some more sherry cook a bit longer 10min
