Lamb Chops with a twist

- 2 lamb chops shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup of equal parts of chopped mint and cilantro shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste, (of course i also put red chili pepper since i love it so much) shopping list
- cooking sherry shopping list
- garnish with herbs and pommegranate syrup (Trader Joes) shopping list
How to make it
- chop the mint and cilantro and garlic
- salt and pepper the chops then top with the mixture
- dash sherry on the chops mix around to coat chops
- cover the lamb chops put in fridge overnight to soak up flavor
- heat some olive oil in a skillet
- cook the chops on high till brown on both sides
- turn down the heat splash on some more sherry cook a bit longer 10min
