How to make it

  • wash fish feles and marinade with salt& black pepper
  • in anon stick pan sautee oninos,ginger .
  • when turning to golden add garlic& bellpeppers,chili stir for 1minute
  • add fish feles and turn once only.leaving it for-a maximumof 2minutes.
  • wash rice thouroughly untill water comes out clear.
  • fill asauce pan with boiled water,wait till bubbles show ,then add rice.
  • check if rice almost done by breaking one rice in your hand ( be sure that is not totally done!)
  • take away rice from stove and get rid of exess water
  • back to your sauce pan :put half the rice in the bottom
  • follow that by the fish& sautee on top of it
  • ending with rice on top of them all
  • make ahole in the middle of rice
  • pour milk saaffarron mixture in
  • coverlid,leave to simmer on avery low heat for 15-20 min(depending on quality and how old is your rice!!)
  • open lid
  • put a round casserole the same size or slightly larger than your sauce pan
  • with both hands hold on the bottom of sauce pan, casserole and turn upsidedown your pot..
  • now slightly arrange the rice .enjoy ..
