Super easy recipe. To toast the pine nuts, put in a dry non-stick pan (use no oil) and turn the heat to medium. Shake the pan every 30 seconds and toss the pine nuts. When they are lightly browned, turn the heat off

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (2.82-ounce) jar pesto sauce
  • 2 (9-ounce) packages refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

Directions
  1. Combine cream and pesto in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently (do not boil).
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions in salted water; drain. Toss pasta with whipping cream mixture and sprinkle with pine nuts.
  4. Serve immediately.
