How to make it

  • Brush pork with a little oil & sprinkle with lemon pepper.Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat; add pork & brown well on each side (about 8-9 minutes)remove from pan & keep warm. Lower heat & add vinegar & marmalade to skillet;cook 1 minute,scraping bottom of pan. Return pork , turning once to coat. Serve immediately with any remaining sauce.
  • I usually serve over steamed rice, broccoli
