How to make it

  • Dice onion & pepper & sautee for a few mins in butter.Cook & crumble the bacon into its.Grate cheese,set aside for topping.Prepare mashed potatoes,fold in pepper & opnions & then add bacon & most of the cheese.Add salt & pepper to taste. Place mixture into casserole dish,top with remaining cheese & broil for few mins until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
