Ingredients

2 cornish game hens

1/4 cup sour cream dip with garlic

1 cup finely crushed cheddar cheese crackers

1/4 tsp crushed tyme

pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Wash & pat dry hens, coat well with dip. Mix crackers,tyme & pepper.Roll hens in crumb mixture.Place skin side p in shallow baking dish.Bake at 350 for about 45 mins.

I sometimes use this same recipe on chicken breasts
