How to make it

  • Slice the aubergine, baste with oil and grill.
  • Fry the chopped onion and garlic, then the lamb.
  • Add all ingredients and simmer for 10 mins.
  • Remove from heat, stir in the feta cheese and serve.

    This looks quick and easy. I especially like it because it eliminates the bechemel sauce which the full version has. Nice post, thanks!
