How to make it

  • In skillet,brown chops on both sides.Drain fat,sprinkle salt & pepper.Add 1 tbsp water,cover & cookk over low heat for 30 mins.Meanwhile,in saucepan combine remaining ingedients,minus almonds.Heat mixture to a boil,stiring frequently.Remove from heat,stir in almonds.Keep warm .
  • When chops have cooked about 30 mins, spoon on just enough to glaze.Cover & cook another 15 ins or until chops are tender,basting with remaining sauce
