Easy corned beef hash. Serve with carrots, broccoli or just about any other vegetable.

Ingredients
  • 200g corned beef
  • 500g potatoes
  • large onion
  • 2tbsp chopped parsley
  • poached eggs

Directions
  1. Cube the potatoes and parr boil.
  2. Cube the corned beef.
  3. Fry the potatoes, corned beef and chopped onion.
  4. Add the parsley and serve with poached eggs on top.
