Ingredients

1/2 tbsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tbsp. Kosher salt

1 stick of Butter

1 Large onion

1 Bell Pepper

6 cans (72 oz.) Beer

10 - 12 Bratwurst

10 - 12 Buns

Directions

combine garlic powder, salt, butter and beer in a dutch oven

slice onion and pull the rings apart

cut the pepper to 1/4" to 1/2" wide slices

add pepper and onion to beer mix

Grill bratwurst according to package (20-30 min)

Lay bratwurst in beer mix and simmer for 3+ hours
