Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb angel hair pasta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz.)diced tomatoes,drained
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook pasta accordingb to package directions,drain & set aside.In large,non-stick pan heat oil,add garlicsautee until golden.about 1 minute.Add tomatoes,oregano,lemon juice,salt&pepper.Simmer for 5 minutes.Add shrimp & cook until pink.Toss with pasta.Serve immediately with lemon slices
