How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • In skillet brown ground beef and onion, drain off fat
  • put grated potatoes and carrots in large bowl and add browned ground beef mix well.
  • Put half of mixture in each pie crust and add top crust cut vents
  • Bake for about 60 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are tender
  • Cool for few minutes before serving
  • Slice and top with ketchup, mustard or bbq sauce
  • ***Note**** I cook for a very large family and to share my recipes is a little difficult to get exact amounts for smaller families. You may or may not need to add more potatoes and/or carrots to your liking.
