Spaghetti w Sausage and Crunchy Zucchini

This is great when you don't have a dinner planned you most likely have all the ingredients in your house
Ingredients
- 8 oz Farmer Johns pork Links Chopped Up shopping list
- 1 tsp. basil shopping list
- 1 tsp. parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/4 onion Chopped shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic Sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/2 Cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 zucchini shopping list
- 1 egg Beaten shopping list
- 1/3 Cup parmesan cheese Grated shopping list
- 1/4 Cup bread Crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Start by browning sausage links
- add basil, parsley and garlic powder while sausage is cooking
- Add Onion and Garlic
- Add red pepper flakes
- Finally add Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Sauce
- Cover and Simmer on Low until Onion and garlic are cooked fully
- Heat oil
- Slice Zucchini
- In separate bowl Beat egg
- In another bowl mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs
- Dip the zucchini chips in the egg
- Add to the bread/cheese mix
- cover both sides of the zucchini
- place in hot oil
- turn over
- remove when golden brown
