Coriander Veggie Soup

- 50 grams soybeans shopping list
- 5 stalks celery shopping list
- 1 zucchini shopping list
- 1 1/2 white onions shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1/2 radish shopping list
- 3/4 vegetable stock cube (i used Massel) shopping list
- A pinch of rock sea salt shopping list
- coriander seeds shopping list
- black pepper seeds shopping list
- fresh coriander (i think i put in about 5 separate stalks) shopping list
How to make it
- Start by boiling the soy beans with salt with a small-medium flame. I think it took about 20 mins? (sorry i wasn't taking note of the time)
- Chop the vegetables into chuncks (i like big and nice chunks)
- Add the vegetable stock, fresh coriander, coriander seeds and black pepper. (the herbs really depend on your taste, i like mine strong so i put in quite a bit)
- Toss in the carrots first (they always take longer)
- Toss in the rest of the vegetables.
- Boil them till their tender enough to poke a fork in smoothly but nice and tender.
