How to make it

  • Start by boiling the soy beans with salt with a small-medium flame. I think it took about 20 mins? (sorry i wasn't taking note of the time)
  • Chop the vegetables into chuncks (i like big and nice chunks)
  • Add the vegetable stock, fresh coriander, coriander seeds and black pepper. (the herbs really depend on your taste, i like mine strong so i put in quite a bit)
  • Toss in the carrots first (they always take longer)
  • Toss in the rest of the vegetables.
  • Boil them till their tender enough to poke a fork in smoothly but nice and tender.
