Lemon Bisque

- 1 pkg sugar free lemon jello shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 can low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve jello in 1 1/4 cup boiling water, add juice of lemon. Let stand until the consistgency of very thick egg whites. Then beat until light and fluffy. Whip can of milk that has been thoroughly chilled. Add whipped milk to whipped jello mixture. Place in graham cracker crust or vanilla wafer lined 9 x 13 pan.
