Pork Chops In Orange Juice Recipe
I found this recipe in a cookbook for college students. I've since lost the book, so I'm reconstructing this recipe from memory.

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops, center cut
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp, cooking oil
  • 2 cups, orange juice

Directions
  1. Defrost your pork chops. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Coat the pork chops in flour. Shake off any excess flour.
  3. Fry the pork chops in a frying pan with the oil till golden brown. At this point, you're just creating a crust on the exterior of the pork chops.
  4. Turn down the heat to medium and add 1 1/2 cups of the orange juice. Let simmer.
  5. Turn down the heat to low and cook for 2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours, add the rest of the orange juice if needed.
